Welcome!
For those who don't know me, I am VERY passionate about the theatre arts. I love every aspect; acting, directing, building, stage managing, and costuming. I have a BSE in Theatre Education and English Education. I earned my MA in Theatre Arts in 2011 from University College Cork, Ireland. I am very active in the community arts having taught and directed at UW-Manitowoc as well as being on the Board of Directors for Masquers Inc.. I directed the Masquers' productions of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Company.
I teach three sections of 9th grade English, Creative Com., and Intro to Theatre.
I am also the play director at Wilson. We will be trying something new this year; we are in the works to produce the first ever Wilson/Washington combined musical in the fall. There will also be a spring play at Wilson. Hopefully the students will enjoy this change!
